Located within Dundrum Town Centre, Butlers Café is a contemporary hospitality space designed to create a warm and welcoming environment within one of Dublin’s busiest retail destinations. Combining elegant finishes with a timeless material palette, the café balances comfort and sophistication through carefully considered interior detailing and natural stone-effect surfaces.
A defining feature throughout the space is the use of Marvel Diva Galaxy, a rich green surface selected to bring depth, character and visual contrast to the interior flooring. The deep green tones introduce a sense of luxury and refinement, helping to frame the café seating areas while complementing the warm lighting and soft neutral finishes used throughout the space.
In contrast, Marvel Epic Taj Mahal was incorporated to introduce lighter tones and softness across the flooring palette. The subtle movement and natural stone-inspired detailing within the surface creates balance within the interior, enhancing the openness of the café while adding texture and warmth throughout the space.
The combination of the dramatic green marble-effect finish and softer neutral tones creates a layered and sophisticated aesthetic that feels both timeless and contemporary. The interaction between the polished surfaces and natural light contributes to the bright and inviting atmosphere of the café, while helping to define the various seating and circulation areas within the interior.
Selected for both their visual impact and durability, the materials used throughout the project contribute to a hospitality environment that feels elegant, welcoming and designed for longevity.
