Located in Brickfield Square, Brickfield Square is a contemporary residential development designed to combine modern urban living with thoughtfully curated interior spaces and refined architectural detailing. The project brings together clean contemporary finishes with bold material choices, creating communal and functional spaces that feel both vibrant and sophisticated.

A carefully selected tile palette plays a defining role throughout the interior, with contrasting colours, textures and finishes used to create individuality across the various shared and functional areas within the development. Within the washrooms, Solid Moss was selected to introduce a rich green tone and subtle texture to the space. The square format and deep natural colour create a calm and contemporary atmosphere, bringing warmth and visual depth while complementing the clean architectural detailing throughout the interiors.

Within the communal seating areas, System Mandarino was used to introduce a vibrant contrast through its warm orange tones and geometric square format. The surface adds energy and character to the shared spaces, helping to create an inviting and dynamic environment while maintaining the overall contemporary aesthetic of the development. The bold use of colour brings personality to the interior while balancing seamlessly with the wider material palette.

A Nero Opaca Mosaic finish was incorporated as a feature wall surface, introducing texture, contrast and a sense of refinement within the project. The dark mosaic creates depth and visual definition, adding a sophisticated architectural element that complements both the softer and more vibrant finishes used throughout the space.

The combination of textured mosaics, bold colour accents and contemporary square-format tiles creates a layered and cohesive interior aesthetic across the development. Each material was carefully selected for both its visual impact and durability, ensuring the spaces remain timeless, functional and design-led.

The result is a modern residential environment where colour, texture and contemporary materiality come together to create a bold and engaging interior experience.
