Located at St Stephen's Green, 47–49 St Stephen’s Green is a contemporary office development designed to balance refined workplace functionality with elevated interior design. The project combines clean architectural detailing with a carefully curated material palette, creating a sophisticated and timeless commercial environment within one of Dublin’s most prestigious business locations.

Natural stone and marble finishes play a defining role throughout the interior, introducing contrast, texture and depth across the various spaces within the building. A white marble surface was selected for the bathroom areas, bringing brightness and softness while enhancing the calm and refined atmosphere of the interiors. The natural veining and subtle tonal movement within the marble adds elegance and visual texture, contributing to a clean and contemporary aesthetic.

Within the reception area, a contrasting black marble finish creates a bold and sophisticated first impression. Rich in depth and character, the darker stone grounds the space while introducing a sense of understated luxury that complements the contemporary architecture of the building. The balance between light and dark materials creates a strong visual identity throughout the project while maintaining a cohesive and restrained design language.

A natural stone surface was also incorporated within the seating and breakout areas, adding warmth and texture to the softer communal spaces throughout the office. Its organic finish and subtle variation help create a more relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, balancing the refined architectural detailing present throughout the development.

Selected for both their visual quality and timeless durability, the natural materials used across the project contribute to an interior that feels elegant, cohesive and enduring. Careful attention to craftsmanship and detailing ensures each finish integrates seamlessly within the wider architectural vision of the building.

The result is a refined workplace environment where marble, natural stone and contemporary design come together to create a sophisticated and modern commercial interior.
